We hope you and your baby enjoy your new Summer Infant product. If, however, it does not meet your expectations or you have changed your mind, you may return your product for a full refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Simply email us at email@example.com stating ‘Refund Request’ in the subject header or call us on 01442 505 000 option 1 (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm) and one of our team members will be available to help arrange for a refund request form to be issued to you.

Concerned your product is faulty?
If you are experiencing an issue setting up your product, or believe it to be faulty, please contact our customer care advisors who will try and help you remedy the problem, please call us on 01442 505 000 and select option 1 (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm), if however you find it difficult to call during those hours, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating ‘Faulty Product’ in the subject header and let us know your concerns with the product and we will respond by email or arrange a suitable time to call you back.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
